Unhappy Twin spot goby, cloudy swollen eye

Twin spot goby, Finley, has a swollen cloudy eye. Is anyone able to recognize the cause? He also has a injured tailfin. More details below

Parameters: currently good. Though they have been fluctuating a little bit recently but are under control.

Tank mates: two clowns, hermits and peppermint shrimp, zoanthids, gsp, two green bta

Environment: welcomed to 30 gallon tank over a year ago, introduced in close proximity to tank mates, no issues until now

Food: Omega one freeze dried brine shrimp, omega one marine pellets, omega one frozen brine shrimp, san fran bay brand marine cuisine

More detail: he is otherwise acting normal. He does shy away a little more often from the clown fish recently but not always, he's always been skittish. He's eating well and grazing as normal along the sand and hiding out under the rock at dark, per usual.
