What kind of corals do you have? I have them over a JBJ 45 with mostly SPS frags and this is what I run at their max Ch 1 - 6% Ch 2 - 6% Ch 3 - 28% Ch 4 - 30% Ch 5 - 65% Ch 6 - 65% I did it based off the video BRS made on the topic - https://youtu.be/vchYdJxLaMo My growth has been.. lackluster at best and I’m thinking I’ll be slowly increasing lights. I believe part of the lackluster growth has also been water chemistry, as I’ve had bottomed out phosphates for a while and once I got those up growth seemed to start as evidenced by all the white tips and corresponding first swing in alk. Here’s a pic of the tank from a day or two ago: I’d guess I’m putting in the range of 250 PAR. I bought most of my SPS from fish of hex who keeps them there and haven’t had any issues with them browning or bleaching out. The SPS, LPS, anemones, and softies from my LFS have also all adjusted well without visible signs of stress from the change - so I’d wager this is about where fish stores keep their corals. I think this video may be worth watching on them as well - https://youtu.be/EMLkvRCqg6M |

I’m doing LPS and soft corals in a 375 gallon tank. I’m looking for medium intensity lighting over a 12 hour photoperiod.

Considering the depth of a tank that size, what I laid out would probably work for medium intensity. It’s the middle ground between what BRS recommended for a SPS tank and a LPS/softy tank. We’ll see what other members who use them weight in with. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Here's mine based on BRS slightly changed:
Red-0- Green Max 10 - Cool Blue Max 50 - Violet, White, & Royal Blue Max 100 For a 12K look Red-0- Green Max 70 White 100 Royal Blue, Cool Blue, & Violet Max 80 I have found red increases Algae growth so I don't use it.
