Red Sea Reefer 350

Hello all. I'm looking at purchasing a Red Sea Reefer 350 this weekend. I told the guy at my LFS I was a little concerned about weight on the floor. First floor with a basement underneath. He advised people don't usually get concerned until you get up into the 180-200 gallon range. Is this accurate? Just wondering if there a lot of you out there that have 90 gallon tanks in your Livingroom.

If you have the option, I'd definitely put it in the basement. Aside from weight, myriad issues can ensue from putting it on a wooden or first floor, including inevitable water damage and the fact that you just might get sick of looking at it. Especially if you want to rearrange your furniture.
