B-Ionic Calcium expiration

Having recently retired, I am trying to restore my 13 year old reef to it's former glory.* It has been a primarily fish only tank with a few leathers that neglect failed to kill.*

I have some old*B-Ionic Calcium Buffer from about 3 years ago. It's the concentrate and has been stored in a cool place, has been opened.* There is no expiration date on it.*

Is it safe to use ?

Appreciate your thoughts.
