Question Weird Tube Worm Like Organisms?

Hello RC community, I have had these small tube worm-like creatures growing in my tank for a while now, some of which are almost a centimeter long... They are soft and appear in a vase-like shape with a small tube worm mouth that sticks out of it on one side. What exactly are these things? I assume I don't have to care about them as I have never had any known correlated issues from them... I'll attach pictures to see if anyone can identify what they are. Any insight is appreciated...
