I received the wrong item
Hi Jason,
On 8-14-01 your company shipped me an "extend wiring harness for 430 ballast" according to your invoice I received. I inspected the harness and sure enough it is for a 430 icecap as it only has 9 wires. The problem is that I ordered an extension for a 660. The invoice number is 24230. Is there any way this can be corrected? Thanks in advance, Justin King

Sorry about the mistake, looks like the website code was wrong, i'll have to get that fixed. We'll have the correct item shipped Priority Mail asap, no charge. Yup, I dont think youll get better service, anywhere in the reef industry, than what Premium provides
