Question Best Lighting for 10 gal fuge

I grow different species of caulerpa in my 10 gallon fuge for nutrient export. I am only using a standard flourescent light currently and am not getting the growth rates I want. What is the optimal type of lighting to use?

I use this bulb for my fuge. Bought it at Home Depot for about $8 and bought a spot light fixture with clamp for another $4. I get great growth from my macro.

IMO, the optimal light would be a 75-175watt MH. If not that, than some sort of incandescent bulb. Also make sure the bulb is around 6000K. Dont use 10000K or above.
