what % to set flow at in softie tank?

I have a ts24 kit on my 180 gallon soft coral tank. what should I set the flow to? I have it set to about 45% and the flow still seems too strong. I can't point the tunze's at the front glass because im useing the magnetic holders. right now they are at the top of both sides of the tank ,at about center.

It may take a while for the corals to adapt but it really shouldn't be a problem. I would use Interval mode so one pump is running at a time and pulse the pumps between 30 and 50%.
