Not Sure whats eating star fish??

i recently added a couple sand sifting star fish to my lagoon and the other day i saw one on the sand with some legs chewed off. is this the work of a mantis or something else??

Could be a harliquin shrimp. Where did you get your live rock from?

bought from a lfs, but have recently added 100# that i got from a private party
