What is the deal with the Glass supports over the 125?
In the oceanic does this glass produce shadows? Does it filter the light? It seems pretty think.

I can't even tell its there as far as light and shadows go. Keep it clean. However it does make it a pain as far as getting to the middle of the tank.

You would think over time the salt and the light would get it really nasty. Is there just one center bar in the middle?

Its purpose is to add strenght. It prevents the glass from bowing outward and inward too much.
