Question Anyone w/Precision Marine Bullet Skimmer?

Man I am having one heck of a time getting this thing to stay at one water level. Mag 18, mag 12 return piping Ive tried it all. Anyone have one of these have any tips? Ive got the gate valve and all, but I just cant get anything consistant going on here. Its either overflowing or just sitting there fizzing. Ive had it running for 4 days now also. Any help appreciated.

I run a bullet 2, found this search b/c im trying to figure out if the injecters need cleaning...Also the manual says that it should fizz at the bottom of the chamber for 2-3 days before it quote starts "cooking", set it to the bottom of the tube...and wait a coupld days...I have mine running on a genx-mak40

Not trying to state the obvious, but is your skimmer raised so the outlet is above the water level? This can cause changes if the sump water level is changing because of evaporation.

Just a thought.

the output om the skimmer does through a bulkhead into the refugium chamber, where the water leve never changes...so no it is not effected by the evap
