A Penny Saved Is A Penny Earned

I'm sure at one time or another we have all had some sort of container to keep loose change in. Some people have piggy banks. I'm in high school now, but when I was in elementary school my bank was a ceramic red apple that had the words NEW YORK written on it. When I was in 5th grade I decided to make my own bank. I made it from a CLASSICO tomatoe sauce glass jar. The highest liquid measurement on the side of the jar is 20 fluid oz., but I filled it past this line. Any way just now I decided to count how much money was in it because I finally filled it to the brim with coins. I was quite surprised at how much money I have saved...IN LOOSE CHANGE. I have saved $79.61 I think I will give 20% to tzedakah. The rest I might put towards my aquarium.
