For starters we are going to need more info:

1. What size of tank?
2. What livestock do you have in the tank?
3. When you say "i've tested all my levals and all is ok", what have you tested for and what's "ok"?
4. How long have you had the fish?
5. Did you QT them?

I would get the regal and the clown with the spot out to a QT, maybe the LFS will be able to do that. As a precaution though if ich it may be too late.

It could be a tank condition though.

What is temp? spec. gravity? Ph? For the ones you gave, what kind of test kit or strips and what wer the numerical readings?

Have you put any additives in the tank?

If you are seeing white spots on your clown it may be ich. Do you have a QT? If you do I would QT them both. If you don't, you may be about to find out the hard way on why you should.

I'm currently treating my fish for ich via hyposalinity treatment, but I have a fish only tank (lot easier). How long has the tang been acting this way? It could be symptoms of ich also, but hard to say without more info. Ich can attached it self to the fish's gills and make it hard for them to breath. Ich can also be present but not visible to the naked eye.
