Seachem reef dip

I'm fairly new to corals...what do you all think of "coral dips," the medicines or "pre" medicines that one dips a coral into. Specifically, this one: http://www.marinedepot.com/md_viewIt...product=SC1571

Any opinions? I'm building up a stock of good stuff to have before I start adding coral. I do have a QT and will be using it, but I thought perhaps this stuff might be good too.

Just wondering if others use it or "swear by it."

Thanks,

Tim

It's good stuff. Iodine based, very similar to Lugol's solution. Using as directed is a good idea for new corals. A double strength 10 minute dip kills red bugs.
FWIW,
