How long do chillers last?

I'm picking up a Aqualogic chiller for cheap, one catch is, it's 5 years old.

How much more life do you think it has?

Here is a link.

Thanks

Aqualogic chillers, if serviced semi regularly(and sometimes if not) will last a long time....easily 10 years or more.

If it does last another 5 years, then I guess it was a $100 well spent.

You can have them serviced just like your car's AC. Rust is usually the leading cause of chiller failure, due to location and materials used.

If you are a construction or maintenance contractor one of your HVAC guys could probably do it for you.
