i feed once a day sometimes i skip a day on the weekends. anyways with the right filtration you can feed 5 times a day. the key is filtration (skimmer, charcoal, macro, etc). also if you have alot of fish/coral this food gets gobbled up fast.

I feed my fish twice a day, and skip one day a week. I spot feed some of the corals every other day. I feed the tank phyto every few days.

Twice a day flake, twice a week live brine, anenomes twice a week.
Anemone gets 2 feedings of krill one week, the next week 2 feedings of silversides, then the next week 2 feedings of squid. I like to rotate his meals cause hey, nobody likes the same thing day in day out. - Matt |

All frozen and live food.
Frozen-mysis, brine shrimp, blood worms and cyclopese. I mix it up. Live-brine shrimp and black worms. Anemone and LPS get silver sides or are target fed the above. |

Feed every day, skip one every now and then.
On weekends, often feed a couple times in the day. Spot feed my hungry LPS once or twice a week. [`fish mush' - homemade food, else mysis or squid] Compared to what others do [or what I did when I fed less often] - I feed a lot less quantity now, more often. IMO, it's closer to having food in circulation all the time, make sure all the small fish can eat regularly. Provided you're not giving yourself nutrient problems ... IMO feed as regularly as you can.
