Fish stocking for 45 cube?
24 x 24 x 18 tank (18" tall).. 2-3" of fine sand.. open top.. mixed reef.. 250w metal halide... What fish recommendations would you suggest to stock it?
I like gobies, blennies, wrasses, firefish.. I'm open to anything else though.. I want all the fish to be happy and healthy and not be in fear of another fish so compatibility is first priority.. Then personality and color/looks Thanks! |

Royal Grammas are a favorite of mine. Very colorful, peaceful, and smaller.

I wouldn't recomend firefish if you have an open top. They tend to be a little courius about your carpet/harwooe floors.
Cromis are very docile, clown fish will do well, a gobie of your choice will be fine too. DO you have anything in your tank at the moment other than coral?
