How often do you change your VHO Actinics?

Just wondering how often you guys and gals change out your VHO or NO actinics.. I have read that actinics loose their spectral output faster then daylight bulbs so I am wondering how often they should be changed?

i have always preached that they should be changed at least every 6 months- however, there are plenty who would disagree- mentioning that the intensity is never lost, just the color....IMO, this is enough to want me to change the bulbs anyway- who wants actinics to loose their coloring power?
