most leathers are easily kept with good water conditions and lighting. calcium needs to be 420 to 460 ppm. good water flow.

Mushrooms and zoas are the easiest to care for. Leather corals such as cabbage, toadstool, finger leather and devils hand are also easy.

I would say Green Star Polyps, Xenia, or Kenya Tree. Colt Corals and Toadstools are also rather easy to keep. For those that mentioned this above, Zoanthids and Mushrooms aren't soft corals. But if you want to include them, mushrooms are super easy.
