any canister filters that DONT blow micro bubbles?

hey guys i was just wondering if anybody knows of any canister filters that doesnt blow micro bubbles everywhere. I own a penn plax cascade 1500 and it drives me insane... it likes to blow micro bubbles in my tank at random times... for example when finally the bubbles start clearing up then it blows another cloud of microbubbles in my tank. it sucks!. Thanks.

If the microbubbles dont go away after a little while, its a possibility that you have an air leak somewhere in the tubing or the seal on the canister..

I agree with darius. I have 2 different eheims and they don't blow bubbles. Either your intake is to shallow or you are sucking air at a fitting or seal . You may get bubbles when you first fire it up after cleaning. With the filter running, try turning it upside down for a minute.

I have a Rena Filstar XP3. It blows bubbles right after I change the media but it goes away shortly.
