Does anyone use ACLS dimmer and Sfiligoi lighting? Is this a Great deal or what?

I have to know if its worth it. Am I getting a great deal 2sets of -Sfiligoi Infinity HQI 2 x 400w with T5 with 2 ACLS dimmers for 4000 $. Great deal or OK deal?
