seahorses not eating

I have two cb erectus seahorses that I have had since october. They have always been healthy and eat frozen mysis. In the past week I have noticed them become lethargic and the female has refused to eat for the past four days. the male is eating very little. There have been no changes in the tank other than I added some mushrooms. My tank is a 45 gallon with a wet/dry, 45 lbs. of LR,LS, and a skimmer. my ammonia-0 nitrite-o nitrate-0 ph-8.2 my temp was 79, but I was advised that this was too high so I have lowered it to 75 in the past two days. My tank has be set up since september. I will be thankful for any advice that is offered, I am very worried. Thanks, Sarah
