Does Luft pump gets "cranky"?

I have a Luft pump for a little less than a year.

The pump is becoming less and less efficient. Every week I notice there's less air coming out of it.

Is this normal? Any way to get it to put it back to the good pump it used to be?

pump repair kit. it's a normal thing for air pumps.

the rubber flappers it's been so long that i can't remember what else.
