sump build

Ok...so i guess i am returning my canister filter and am going to build a sump. I have nver done this before so am a total newb at it. I need help any suggestions or even better, diagrams, would be VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!!! Thx in advance.

1. how big? I have a 25 gallon tank so how big of sump?
2. How many chambers to divide it into?
3. How to get the water out of tank and back into? I dont want to drill my tank tho.

4. What kind of pumps to use? what kind of line? flex? PVC? how big?

5.can i put th refugium directly into one of the chambers of my sump??

6. Protein skimmer? decent for not alot of $ plz. should fit in sump as i dont really want anything hanging off tank.

10g tank. Those are great tanks to baffle/learn on. My first DIY sump was a 10g as well.
