I buy mine here
http://stores.ebay.com/Aquatic-Marve...enameZl2QQtZkm

A little more than those you found but better quality and fast shipping. I bought my actinics from them last time but no where near the quality, I have only had them in for 3 months and they are in need of being replaced already, you get what you pay for I guess.

I always bought them from http://www.drsfostersmith.com/

I got the Coralife blubs. 2x10K and 2xActinic

They recommend sticking with Coralife bulbs for those units. I tried another brand once and blew out two ballasts.

you should only use coralife --if you want better bulbs than you might as well change to currents orbit

If you looked at the site I gave you those are Coralife bulbs, and cheaper than any place I have found. I always do lots of homework before making a purchase and so far they always have the best price, I have been buying from them for 2 years with no problems.
