pressure locking sump baffles & proposed sump plan

Hi everyone,

I just came across this article while googling:
http://www.wetwebmedia.com/ca/volume...es/baffles.htm

Has anyone tried this method of sump baffles? It seems ideal for me since I don't really know exactly what's going to work etc..

Heres the sump I want to make for my new 120 gal RR. I'm going to get a 30 gal breeder (30x18x12) for the sump and divide it into 3 roughly equal sections (making skimmer section only as big as it's needed). The return pump (not shown below) is a mag 9.5 feeding to a scwd.

Any comments/advice?

Thanks!
