Zoanthids

I¡¦m new to keeping corals so please be kind.

This is my setup below it¡¦s been running for 16 months

Nano Tank 18¡¨ x 18¡¨ x 22¡¨, 1 Pendent 150 MH light 10K
3 Black Clowns, 6 Red legs, 3 Fat Turbos, 1 Very Small Mithrax Crab, 1 Sexy Shrimp
1 Green Mushroom / Discosoma sp, 5 Zoanthids , 1 Star polyp / Pachyclavularia sp, 1 cladiella
ProteinSkimmer, Bespoke MM Sump System with cheatomorpha sp

I only started adding corals about 3 months ago. I've got 5 Zoa¡¦s in my tank and they all seem to be doing well but I have noticed on 2 of them the there is small white dot¡¦s on some of the polyps. The Zoa¡¦s look well fully extended and colonies look fuller so I don¡¦t think there are ill. Could they be scorched from the MH light or is there something else wrong? I been trying to find a health on the net with no joy ƒ¼ any advise well come
