Tiger Tail Sea Cucumber
I bought a Tiger Tail Sea Cucumber this weekend for my tank as part of the clean-up crew but have a concern. I have 150lbs of sand in my tank that is mixed with 40lbs of crushed coral (for looks only, I know most don't like it but I do so get off my back..lol). Anyway, my concern is that most of the top of my substrate looks like CC since the fine sand got blown away and filtered out. Will the Tiger Tail be able to eat still? Will it get what's on the CC or get below it to the sand on it's own? It's not very deep, the crushed coral that is, I can just brush it away with my hand to reveal sand maybe a 1/4" or a little more at the most. It is mixed with sand though, it's not just straight up crushed coral.

I have some CC in my tank as well with a tiger tail (CC for my pistol shrimps to use to hold up their cave structure). It will just burrow below it or graze through the rocks.

I am sure it will be fine. My tiger tail cuke has split numerous times and is great for the substrate.
