The red stuff appears to me to be coraline algae. That's something that's good so don't be concerned about that. It's a calcerous algae that needs proper calcium levels in the water column to thrive and it will also consume nutrients in the water so it will reduce the amount of nutrients in the water that would be available to unwanted micro-algaes. If you touch the "red stuff"and it doesn't fall apart that's what it is.

The pic is a bit blurry, but if I were to hazzard a guess, it would be a very young version of a Colt Coral like this:

But thats more a orange color this is pink/reddish looks alot like it but the color is wrong. what katogori do this kind of corall go under? soft,sps,lps?

If it is indeed a colt coral, they're soft corals. It really is difficult to tell from the picture, though.

Colts are soft coral. There is color variation in them so the fact that the colors here don't exactly match doesn't mean much. Do a Google search in Google Images and see what you think.
