What are these hard white dots on my glass?

I am unsure what these are. They are hard white dots on the inside of the glass that can be picked off, but some off which are in areas I am unable to access. These dots are located on the back and sides of the tank areas I normally do not clean. Is this ia bad sign? Any suggestions as to what these dots could be?

Thanks
garrick

They are feather duster larve, I have them all over they will build up to a spiral type feather duster all mine have bright orange feathers. The ones on the glass wont make it though. Scvrape them off with a razorblade.

They disappeared for the most part in my tank. The coralline is now dominant.

It can be a few different types of things, but none are bad and you can scrape them off if you want, but they will come back and eventually be overridden by coraline anyway.
