TLF Phosban Reactor

I just ordered a TLF Phosban Reactor and the Media. I was wondering how many gph powerhead I should use for it.

I use a Maxi-Jet 400 (106gph) on mine.

i use a mini-jet 404 recommended flow rate is 85-100 gph

but not to much flow to grind the media up and return it to your tank
