Aquaclear 402.

I just picked up an Aquaclear 402 off ebay only used a couple months for $11.50 including shipping. Are these really good pumps? I plan on using it for circulation in my 29gal reef. Should it be enough or would it be wise to put a smaller (say around 100gph) PH on the other side of the tank for some cross current?

I had a couple of aqua-clear 50's in my 46. they worked ok I never had any trouble. I also had a coupld Maxi-jet 1200's in that 46. the AquaClear 50's were not enough flow. I don't know how the 402 compares to the 50's.

Regards,

Pat
