FreshwaterOne?

I was in Petco today and saw a brand of RO water called FreshwaterOne. It is advertised as water for freshwater aquarium. Can this water be used for saltwater aquarium (after adding salt mix, of course)?

If it is Ro water sure, but i think it would be cheaper to just go to vons or some other super market and buy theirs. I belive ralphs is 98cents a gallon.
