someone explain hellolights BIY to me(i'm confused)
i don't get this.
http://www.hellolights.com/72buityoreki.html it says it's 30$, but then it lists the reflector and stuff. is it 30$ plus all the items included?

Looks like it's 30 bucks for them to pick the parts you want and box them up. So more or less your paying their wages to go and box up what you select from their pull down menus.
