Can you glue plexi to glass?
I am trying to figure out if plexi can be glued to glass? And if so can you use the standard acrylic glue, or something special?

you could use alot of silicone
put big beads on the side where the water flow is going, to hold it in place, not so m,uch as glue it on, glass to glass is easier, to to HD or an art store and get pre cut picture frame glass, 8x10 worked for my 10 gallon sump, that also make bigger, and some can cut it for you |

I am a very hands on DIY'er. I have just never worked with glass.
Can you guys point me to some threads or sites that covers stuff like: Drilling glass Gluing glass to glass Cutting slots for an overflow Etc... Basically I want to get a 120 allglass. And Ill need to build an overflow. I will be building the sump out of plexi. Friend |
