Lost anemone to power head
I lost our anemone which went into one of the power heads.
My question is if I replace it with another anemone will the new one do the same? I had this onefor over one for a year and it was doing very well. My clown seems very lost since the demise of the anemone... I did notice that the anemone was doing a lot of moving around before it died. TIA

It is hard to tell. If your new starts to move alot than reposition your power head.

Feel for ya' bro...I lost my first anemone to a powerhead (unfortunately also my most costly{rose bubble tip})! Shortly after, I devised a way to "cover" my powerhead's (or any other intake source) by making a simple cover out of an empty Gatorade bottle( or similar, label removed and well cleaned). After cleaning, with cap removed, I cut the bottle from top of neck (through threads) to near bottom (with dremmel tool). Then I drilled several holes approx. 1/4 in. dia. all around it. After modifications, place over intake of pump and secure with plastic zip tie.It looks ugly @ first, but eventually will be covered with coraline, or could be modified with L.R. rubble (or?) glued to it to blend in.
