Lightbulb 250 watt retrofit

I have a 37 gallon tank that i would like to put some corals and an anemone in( i undertand the dangers of anemones with corals). Would a 250 watt coralvue retro fit be good enough? And what bulb should i use: 10,000K, 14,000K, or 20,000K? thanks alot

a 175 retro on a 37 should be fine. A 250 could be ver kill. You may need a chiller with that.
