is it ok to add a cleaner shrimp?
since i already have a fire shrimp? it's a 30 L gal tank. will they fight? the fire is beautiful. but he hides all the time, only comes out when feeding. when i saw my friend's cleaner, i was like "damn, he's so active" the cleaner out walking and climbing all the time....if i buy a cleaner, will the cleaner make my fire more active?

I have both a cleaner shrimp and a fire shrimp in my 38 gallon, no problems. They ignore each other. Inverts add to bio-load, but not as much as fish I'd imagine.
