Help! My TDS is high on RO/DI!

I just changed all the filter cartridges on my 6 stage filter direct system except the 110 gpd membrane. Before the change my system was at 0-2 tds. Now after the change my system was at 65. I let it run all night and it got down to 3 ppm. Is the cause of this a lack of flushing the TFC membrane? Could my membrane be shot? I was under the impression my TDS should have been 0 within a few minutes. Could it be that I am using a different DI resin which is not doing its job?

TDS in 107 and I want it 0 out.

Thanks,

Thomas
