Newbie Question: Matching overflow with return pump...

Hey guys,

I know relatively little about overflows and return pumps etc. I have been doing as much reading as possible. I have decided I would like to use a CPR overflow for my 30 gal cube. The question is I'm not sure which one to use.... I was thinking probably the CS50 or 90 rated at 300GPH and 600GPH respectively. I would like to limit the amount of equipment in my tank and would prefer to get most of my tank turn over and flow rate from this system. The next question is, what return pump should I match up with it? I don't really know how to calculate the difference the return pump puts out in relation to overhead height. Sorry about all the questions guys, thx in advance,

Alex
