hey im new and need lighting help

hey so i recently bought a clarity plus tank off of a guy..the tank hood doesnt have a mount for a ballast or a fixture or anything..it has 2 "braces" with four holes in it which appear to hold the actual bulbs? im not really sure how to set it up...he also sold me 4 brand new VHO bulbs
here are a couple of pics of what it looks like(or atleast i hope these pics come up)

if anybody can help me out and either show me some pics of thier set up, or if they can explain to me how to set up the lighting it would be greatly appreciated(please be as specific as possible, cause i am new to the hobby and still researching). thanks in advance,
-sean

Do you have the endcaps and everything already for the hood?

Looks like you need the end caps and ballast.
If you didn't get that with the tank look in the DIY section.

Those braces will be enough, especially if you mount the endcaps. VHO give off very little heat so heat is not an issue. Ballasts you can usually just put on the floor or whatever is convient for you.
