Clownfish Diseases

Hi All

I have a few clownfish slowly dieing of, only larger fish, saleable stock they have ratty/torn fins and what looks like grazing of the sides.

On juvs and newly settled fish it appears to be causing a thining of the body.

I removed a black ocellaris recently that had ratty fins and within a day of being in new sea water it had lost its anal fin all the way to the flesh, then died a day later.

Has anyone seen any non common ailments in larger systems or have they seen this dicease before.

Only recent condition is an elevated ammonia level that has now dropped.

Thanks

Christian
