Well since they are wild, you should have qt them in the first place. You always want to qt fish to prevent and kill diseases which can be found on the fish. Read about how to start a QT tank and then put the fish in hypo if they make it.

Formalin, copper (either one in low doses)

hypo = hyposaline dip/bath

Hypo is the process of lower the salt to 1.009. The RC disease forum have pinned threads about all the info you need.

Are there any other fish in the tank with the clowns? If so, they may also become, or already be, infected.

It's difficult to say if either fish will make it. Just treat like mentioned above and hope for the best.

Also, as I said on AIM, talk to the place where you brought them from, ask how long they had them before you received them. Did they look healthy when you bought them? Did you see them eat first?

Three days is a pretty short time, Puffer. I thoroughly sympathize about the fish: your guy with the swollen eye should recover entirely if you can get him the right treatment. I'd suggest as a first step that you get a set of test kits and post your readings whenever you have trouble: I know it's expensive, but there' s no emotional investment in a test kit and there's ever so much grief in a sick fish, it's just worth it, forever after. The test kits last about a year. If you google fish disease and look online you can also get some knowledge about the subject, what the symptoms and treatments are.

What fungus are you trying to treat? I thought they had popeye and internal parasites.. The parasite food, does it have Praziquantel in it? It's an oral med right?
