Lighting changes and corals

Hi.

I currently have 2 actinic VHOs, a GE 6500k T5, and an Aquablue T5 on my 72 bowfront. I have some new T5 equipment, but the two Blue Plus bulbs are backordered for two weeks.

I am impatient and want to rig up all my equipment tomorrow. I have a spare GE and Aquablue handy. Would it hurt the corals too much to run 2 Aquablues and 2 GEs until the new bulbs get here?

When the new bulbs get here, the plan is either:
2 Aquablue, 1 GE, and 1 Blue Plus
or
1 Aquablue, 1 GE, and 2 Blue Plus

I'm just not sure if doubling the white light on the tank for two weeks, and then reducing it 50 or 25 percent two weeks later is safe.

Thanks.

I wouldn't recommend it. I don't have personal experience with T5 lights, but the white ones are really powerful. Such a sudden increase in the intensity (not to mention a sudden loss of the blue spectrum) could shock some of the more sensitive corals.
