Some zoo polyps not opening, what could be the problem

Well, to start off, I have a 120g mixed reef. Currently hold LPS, zoo's, rics, misc. mushrooms, other softies, etc. My Nitrate is 0, my Phosphate is 0, my pH is 8.3, my ammonia is 0, Nitrite is 0, calcium is 450, salinity is reading at 0.032 (2 weeks ago it was fine at 0.024, but I had a cyano problem and did the chemi clean method + 25% water change) Before this the corals were all open and beautiful, now I am lucky if I see some of my zoo polyps opening, everything else seems to be doing fine, I am wondering if the newly added (4) MJ 1200's are too much flow for my tank, I have a total of 6... (almost 1800gph) Is this too much flow for the current live stock in my tank? I have tried moving around the zoo's to see if they like different spots but it doesn't seem to be working. Can the salinity spike be causing this? If so should I take out about 20 gallons of salt and put in 20 gallons of RO?

Let me know, all suggestions and comments are greatly appreciated...

your salinity is a little on the high side, try and maintain it at .025. Whate are you other water parameters?

I once used chemi clean and it worked great. However the chemi clean did not disolve and a very small amount got on my gonipora (flowerpot) and it burned the flesh. Basically it led to the demise of my gonipora. My zoo's also caught some of the chemi clean and closed up, they too appeared to be burned and lost some color. Some of them died but 95 % of the colony survived. Now, in my opinion the loss of these corals was acceptable b/c I think the cyano would have overgrown more corals. Just my 2 cents.

I am going to prob try and do a 20 gallon water change, take out 20 and put back 20 RO/DI water to not only help get more of the chemi clean I might of left in there but lower the salinity...
