Why are you doing a barebottom?

Welcome to RC!

We can't help you with flow amounts until we know what kind of coral you want to keep.

Well, SPS like a lot of flow. Is that a 29g aquarium? I would think 2 1200's would be more than enough maybe even too much. I would go with the Seio and one 1200. What kind of mechanical filtration do you have? What kind of lights are you running? (just curious)

Just play with it and make sure there are no dead spots around the SPS. Sorry I cant give you a better answer.

SeanT's How to go BB

my thoughts...
lots of flow low in the tank to keep detritus suspended...big skimmer, skimming wet. the Seio & MJ's are not too much, you may want more flow in the long run. do you have a sump? if not you might want to add one to help remove suspended detritus (via overflow to skimmer).

make sure you read up on BB. a properly setup BB can be a great tank, but a poorly setup BB can be a nightmare.

If your livestock will handle it [what fish/inverts do you want] ... that's my #1 concern.

What skimmer are you looking to run? IME, with my BB, having the skimmer constantly tweaked is vital to avoiding nutrient issues.
