adding tank to existing sump question

I am setting up a 180g reef in basement that is not finished yet, but I am thinking of having a smaller ( 29g ) species tank ( seahorses & pipefishies ) located upstairs that would run off the same sump as the 180 ( which will have a Euro reef 8-5 skimmer, UV sterilizer, CA and refug). I am thinking the only additional equipment for this 29g would be two hoses for input/output and possibly a heater in the 29g. Any advice on type/diameter of hoses ?

The distance from sump to 29g tank upstairs would be approx. 60 ft with a total of 15 ft vertical with three 90 degree bends. I am thinking of using a gen x or iwatki pump but not sure of which model would be best.

I am wondering what kind of issue's I need to be aware of specifically with this 29g extension and any input from someone who has done this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks !!
