Help, My leather is Melting?

I'm new to this board, but I've been reef keeping for a bout a year. Anyway I recently added some livestock to my tank, and right after noticed the following problem with my Leather coral.

I've seen it peel off layers before, but this looks much worse. Some of the branches are falling off. Here is a list of things that have changed over the last week.
Here is the livestock list I added.
1 cleaner
1 peppermint
1 firefish (which I know comes from a copper system) and some of his water mixed with mine

I added some "Phosban Eliminator made by Salifert" which I've used before with no problem.

I removed my bag of carbon that I had in the tank for 2 weeks.

My tank specs are:
55 Gal
390Watts of PC lighting
HOTB CPR Skimmer
Dose B-Ionic Every other Day
Feeding: Every other day Brine & Veggi mix
Water Parameters
Nitrate: 0
PH 8.2
CA 360

I have a question that is similar to yours. I have two leathers that will look great part of the day and then they will wither and slump over. I am confused over this.
