Dr. Fosters T5 bulbs vs. ReefGeek T5's
Has anyone used the Dr. Foster's T5 bulbs? What was the quality. How about Dr F's bulbs vs. Reefgeeks. Do they compare? Just curious why Dr. F's are so much cheaper...

Fosters carries more than one brand last I checked.
Stick with the D&D/Geissman

Agreed, you generally get what you pay for. The Reefgeek bulbs are excellent. Stay with the German stuff.

just for clarification. reefgeek only sells bulbs, and does not make them.
many other places carry the ati, d&d, geiseman, and the Ge bulbs. all of those bulbs (the first 3 are the same essentially) are made in euope, while the "current" brand (what drs foster & smith sell) are made in china

True, sorry if I was misunderstood. Just trying to say they sell the good stuff, and as they are not far from me, I can go pick up if I need to.
