Skimmer options for 24 gal aquapod
I currently have my old aquac remora on my aquapod, but I would like to try something different. Do you think I'll get better performance out of the coralife 65? How about the ASM mini? If I went with the mini, I would attach a sump to the tank. Any other good options around $100?

I don't see why you'd deem the Remora insufficient. You have a good skimmer and can save your money for better uses like lighting or supplement.

I would sell the remora for a different skimmer. That's why I'm looking to keep it around $100. I'm just looking for something different. I've had the remora for about 3 years now, and it's the only one I've ever used. I just had an ASM G3 delivered today for my new setup, so I'll compare the bubble production of the two later tonight. Also, the spray injection of the remora is a little loud, and a quieter skimmer would be nice.

Well, if you want bubble production, stick something small, like a toothpick on the exit side of the Remora so it tilts slightly, that helps the airbubbles travel to the reaction chamber faster. It's a simple tweak and works wonders with this skimmer.
